I've been feeling depress for a very long time, but recently I can tell that my body start getting effected. Headache ,tiredness , bad stomach , and lost appetite . Now I only eat once a day, only drink water, and even just taking a small portion of food while I am actually feeling hungry , I will still feel like I want to vomit after I just take a few bite .

what's going on with my body?

You are not the only one. As far as I know, that is a very common symptom of depression. I struggle with appetite myself. Sometimes I will start gagging and feeling sick when trying to put even a small amount of food in my body, and sometimes I can barely eat anything for days at a time. Even food I like (ice cream, candy, french fries) seems impossible to eat sometimes. This makes the depression worse, of course, because then you have no energy to fight through the day. I try to manage the best I can and I have found some things that work. Mostly, try as best as you can to always be drinking something on days when you really feel like you can't eat. I'm talking about juices and smoothies, mostly. If you can, mix up some fruits and green, leafy vegetables with juice and yogurt in a blender in the mornings, just to wake up your stomach and fortify you for the day. Something I also found really helps me is Carnation Instant Breakfast, Boost, SlimFast, any of those drinks in that category. If you can take them with a bit of food, that is great, but if you can't, at least you are getting something. My last suggestion is to stock up on those food pouches that seem to be quite popular now. I always have GoGo Squeeze applesauce pouches in my cupboard, and there are many other kinds to try, even if you have to go to the baby food section to find them. I'll also drink tomato soup or chicken broth. Your body does need solid food, but in my experience these things help if you just can't do it.

Sorry this turned out to be such a long post. I have been struggling with this issue for many, many years, and some days I am so sick from not eating I can't even keep water down or get out of bed. I can track the severity of my depression based on how much weight I have been losing. I sometimes have to argue with doctors, explaining that I don't have body image issues, just the inability to eat many days. I thought these ideas might help. I hope you pick one or a few and let me know how it goes.

Thank you for giving me the answer and advice ! knowing that I am not alone makes me at ease. I was trying to force myself to eat normal food like rice ,eggs, even cup noodles for days, and probably that's why I can't eat. After reading your suggestions , I think I will start with yogurt and juice!

(my english is not so good , but I really thank you for your help!)

Do whatever you can, and congratulate yourself on being able to. Even a little bit of juice or yogurt is better than nothing. Take care of yourself, be gentle with yourself, and let me know if you want to talk or want more advice.
