I’m feeling better now that it’s the end of the day, for some reason the morning is when my anxiety seems to peak. I’m getting the feeling food is very important for people in my situation who are thin and can’t seem to gain weight. On that topic i’ve found something that can help if you’re feeling a loss of appetite, what i do is i have empty capsules that i’ll put chia and hemp seeds or hemp powder or protein powder in, and i can swallow the pill with ease. It just helps kick start my metabolism when my anxiety turns my stomach into a knot.
