I know the feeling. It comes on, the feeling is so deep, you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, it's hard to do anything. You wonder if you'll get out of it. I face the same thing and you will get out of it. I know it's not easy. We are here for you. I'm on U.S. Eastern Standard Time.

Oh, I've been through that. It was sooo hard. I was on and off with him for 12 years. It's hard now, and it might take awhile, but it will get better. Will it help to talk about it? If you want, you can even message me.
