For me I have found that being more consistent with eating healthy, reasonable exercise, being careful of not only what i put in my body but also on my body with the added help of some very high grade essential oils to help and support my body and mind I am seeing a shift. Also a very high grade and organic CBD oil I found that actually works for my pain!
well I am stuck at home so I just dont buy anything unless its good for me and then there is the fact my health right now forces me to do it. I found that it took A LOT of getting back into self discipline. Just not giving up no matter how many times I failed. I believe that once we really believe that making those healthy changes will bring us relief then it pushes us more. I also have found there is saying you believe and then there is the deep down I do know this to be true. Healthy does help. Bottom line, and the more and more we make those small changes ( I think small is better than one huge change all at once) the closer we are to the end results
I've been on a myriad of different meds, some good, some not so good. I don't think it was hard for me to switch, probably because I felt so low, cold and helpless that I saw switching as an opportunity to feel better. Sometimes your body gets used to your meds and they becomes less effective. I currently take Wellbutrin as well as Imipramine. Imipramine is more old school but it works for me. Anyway, I hope it works out for you and I hope you feel better, I really do.
