Is there anything I can take that might help my mood that doesn't require a prescription? I can't see a psychiatrist until early May and am 99% sure it's depression. Personally, I would like something now if I could get it.
Is there anything I could buy from a pharmacy or just any foods or drink that could help me maybe?

This is just from google "Research suggests that St John's wort works in a similar way to standard antidepressant medication, by increasing the activity of brain chemicals such as serotonin and noradrenaline that are thought to play an important part in regulating our mood." I have never tried it. I am on prescription antidepressants.
Saw that you were a college student. Just a thought, but does your school have any form of student counseling? I ask that because, before you think about medication options (prescription or otherwise), it might be good to talk matters through with somebody impartial.
Additionally, I have no idea if you are on any other medication or not, or whether you have any other pre-existing conditions. Whatever the case, regarding any possibilities that you discover yourself, make sure to look further into them (in order to ascertain whether or not they have any contraindications). For example, St. John’s Wort has been long considered a possible option for depression. However, it does have a number of side-effects if used, and also a number of black box warnings for other psychiatric conditions.
Please ascertain such details yourself before self-medicating with anything.
I have been seeing a counselor and she was actually the one that helped me get in touch with the school psychologist that I can go see, she has been very helpful.
I am currently not on any other medication, but I might look into St. Johns Wort.
