Can anyone help me or give me some good tips to calm myself I'm heading for anxiety attack can hardly breathe and freaking out

Phone your doctors or ring for an ambulance

I rang our 111 service who told me to ring my gp. I feel so stupid for having to ring them all the time over panic attacks

I'm a bit better now I went straight home and didnt manage to get done what I needed today. I'm still experiencing shortness of breath or rather not been able to take a full deep breath it's really annoying now

I’m sorry, I’ve been there the last couple of days. What helps for me is keeping your breathing as normal as possible. Small controlled breaths in and out. Keep an eye on your breathing and if it gets to fast. Try to control it nice and slow and back to normal. Also thinking about a nice memory helps too. Think of something that makes you really happy and hopefully that’ll help calm you!

I'm worrying now wondering if it's a health condition I dont know I have, and worrying more because I'm terrified of drs and hospitals so it's kind of a lose lose situation. I worry about my health but cant go and get checked for peace of mind because I'm that scared of it 😟 I have a phone call drs appointment tomorrow afternoon so think I will try and bite the bullet and try get in for some sort of tests. I will cope as long as it's not blood tests

We’re so alike, that’s exactly what’s been happening to me. I worry about my health too and I always think it’s the worst then it makes me more anxious knowing I might have to go to the doctors and I struggle to go out which makes me even more anxious. I hope your call appointment tomorrow goes well and maybe clears things up for you!
