Please help?

I’ve been struggling with this constipation, every time when I go to bathroom, I passed my stool soo hard and push it very hard maybe . Than I felt some slightly pinched than it bleed. Maybe Annal fissure. Can someone help me , give any advices ?

Anyone had that before ? How to heal it ? I’m soo worried.

Hi ehh22, we can't give medical advice, although I will say it sounds like an anal fissure.

It is always best to see your doctor. The anal fissure will heal but the medical issue of

being constipated needs to be addressed to stop you from straining. My best to you x

I should probably drink more water 💧 and milk, banana and milk and yogurt always helps my stool to softer and easier to heal the fissures. But it’s reoccur all the time when I pass hard stool.

Hi it sounds like you have haemorroids or something. Although painful it isn't going to kill you so relax a bit. Go and see your doctor asap for a diagnosis. Meanwhile tackle your constipation by eating more fibre (fruit, vegetables etc) - prunes are brilliant for that. Laxatives can also help. x

I only feel pain during bowl movement and after about 30 minutes. Than pain gone . I feel some kind of pinched , crack something , like when u cut ur self with razor some things like that during or after . But I can’t BELIVE that I’ll have to suffer this things.

I take a magnesium pill every night before bed. It seems to help

Sounds like piles to me - as an IBS sufferer, have found a change of diet and taking Fibregel orange, prescribed by doctor helps. Drinking tea, or coffee might help, but if you have a bowel problem then you should have this checked. It does make you anxious when you get symptoms like these. The Fibregel helps to absorb water in the intestines, so that you don't get these symptoms. Diet with apples, bananas, blueberries and strawberries, may help but expect you know what suits you best. Hope you feel better soon.
