After two years of back pain that has gotten progressively worse this afternoon I have an Orpthopedic appointment. I am cautiously optimistic. I have tried repeatedly to get someone to listen to me about my back and haven't been taken seriously. Bless my primary care provider and her office for getting me in a few weeks ago the day I called and referring me to a specialist as quickly as possible. I might get answers today, I might need more tests. Either way it's a start.

Hoping for Answers
I will
Good luck with your appointment!
all it takes is finding that one doctor that's willing to actually listen to your problems before just giving a cath all medicine. Hopefully you start getting answers and your road to recovery
Hello, back pain has bothered me for years, I get some relief from practicing Hatha Yoga, it has mild exercises for our backs. I have also relied on a Chiropractor for 40 years, he always sorts me out. I have some arthritis in my back, legs, hands, neck, knees, (I am 78), I am doing well, since the virus I cannot go to the Chiro, but thankfully my arthritis has gone into remission, I eat a healthy diet, and get mild exercise. I hope they find some answer(s) for you, don't let them load you up with pills. I wish you well and success. sending peace, love and virtual hugs.......
p.s. only pill I would take for a short time is a muscle relaxant......
Good luck Mrs P. I hope you get some relief from the pain
