Does anyone experience hot flashes, fatigue & weakness with anxiety?

Of course! There are occasions that I think it may be my blood pressure or something like that but when I go and measure it, is all in normal range... everything is in the mind.

Anxiety can give us very extreme sensations, I have often gone to the emergency room thinking that I have something serious or that something is about to happen to me but I have seen with my own eyes that everything is fine, in fact I recently had a blood test and all the results turned out fine. I understand your struggle, I live it daily because my anxiety is directly associated with my health, but it is all the product of our mind.

We have to try to be calm, understand that nothing happens (as long as you don't really feel something really bad) and take the day one step at a time, no hurry, just be present in the moment without thinking about what happened or what can happen.

Live in the present and be calm. You can do it!!

Me!!! Feeling it today. Highly anxious although can't pin point why.... Feel hot and flustered, checked temperature so many times, it's fine but still keep going back to check.

Oh yes major hot flush throughout my whole body. My legs seem to go weak and get numb as well as my arms.
