No pets will help . Why do you think they may cause issues with your anxiety and depression?

Dogs are great for depression. They provide companionship and forever loyal.

Never heard of a bird helping depression.

When I used to keep fish it would actually

cause me anxiety because you’re always trying to keep them alive lol .

I love my cat. She makes me laugh and keeps me company.

Pets are, in my opinion, the absolute best thing for people who suffer any type of mental disability or even some physical health issues. I lost my Anny after 16 1/2 years and my family saw my depression become worse. They bought me my beautiful fur baby at the Humane Society 2 years ago.
