Has anyone had to grieve the loss of their job? I’m not losing my job but taking step down due to my mental health. Now the grieving starts and I’m already not handling it well.

Yes, I had a lot of grief related to my job. My mental health has made it nearly impossible to do my job. It is very difficult to deal with.

In my case, my mental health has not improved, so it has not gotten better. Everyone is different. If your mental health can improve, you can function better and job related tasks will become easier and better. In my case it is not better, so I just have to cope with it as it is.
