I had 2 suicide attempts, which ended up as a failure , because I was worried that my surrounding people would consider me a loser and a give up or something like my parents will be constantly under highlight since my community is kind of conservative.

my country doesnt have any hotlines , and if anyone in my community gets to know, i will be like finished , cause killing yourself gets you to hell .

I don't want you to kill yourself and I'm glad the attempts failed. But no one has the right to judge you or call you a loser, for not wanting to deal with the pain anymore. Until someone lives life in your head they don't know what it's like for you. Its ultimately your choice what you do. But I hope you choose to hang on and seek out help and if you need someone to talk to, I'm here and I got your back. Sending irie vibrations to you, one love.
