A new symptom... Again😔

About 4 days ago, I had the worst panic attack since March this year, it was so intense, it made me so nauseous, and I keep thinking that I have some bleeding in my stomach, I haven’t vomited, had dry heaving once or twice, it’s just horrible.

I used to take 1 pill of ibuprofen every time I had migraine(I have migraines 4 times a month, equals to 1 at least in a week), and It freaks me out now the thought of the possibility that the ibuprofen caused me some damage(yeah I have health anxiety, no I still think that something is wrong with me)

Anyone else feels like me?

Hi barakbet first off ibuprofen will irritate your stomach so try and find a different painkillers I wouldn't say that brufen has damaged your stomach but prolonged use can irritate the stomach lining regard your panic attacks if your are taking anything for them check with your doctor that the medication does not cause stomach problems I wish you all the best take care
