Some new symptom?

So uhm, there's this thing happening with me. I don't know if y'all gon understand it but it has happened for the third time. It has to do with my vision or head or something, whatever I'm looking at when it starts (especially stationary things like a TV) tend to move really fast sideways. At that moment, I also begin to feel like I'm floating, like my soul is leaving my body. Please let me know if this sounds familiar, please.

Stop obsessing over minute things happening in your body is my advice. If you look hard enough all kinds of things will freak you out. It is all normal so stop worrying. x

Well think logically what could be causing it. Do you think you are having a stroke, heart attack, vertigo etc? I have never heard of any illness where something could cause you to float out of your body whilst watching tv have you? x

Well, it's probably not an illness. Uhhhhh, what if it's a possession? Ha.

I have had that happen. Breathe! When this happened to me I thought I was having a stroke and called an ambulance (slightly embarrassed). I was having a panic attack and not breathing properly. I can feel when it's about to happen and I will start breathing long deep breaths.
