Hey today’s my second day of no junk food meaning no chocolate sweets or crisps and I feel a lot healthier! I love healthy food but I tend to binge eat at night times I feel like it’s a comfort for me and the only enjoyment I get when feeling bad! I’ve noticed when I start to get back on track of things I will do it but then will always crash and go back to not working out as much to binge eating. It’s like Every time I’m doing really well with my health or anything at all my mind (and it’s always subconsciously) will think Because I’m doing so well something bad will happen or something bad is bound to happen. Very bizzare I know, but does anyone have any tips on how not to crash and give in anymore? I really don’t want to give up this time!

I wouldn't keep it in the house. If it's not there you cannot eat.
I'm bad because I binge at night too and cheesecake with whipped cream is my weakness. They have these small cheesecakes at the market and they are so yummy!

Good 4 you! You've got willpower whereas I would not....I figure that's my one giant splurge as I do not smoke,drink or need to lose weight. So I go 🦍💩 (ape shit)..lols...over cheesecake with whipped cream. It's a very small cheesecake for 2 people, me & myself. 🍰...I basically could live on this!!

That’s great! It’s okay to treat yourself once in awhile. I find whenever I crave candy or ice cream I make fruit smoothies and it feels so much better!
