I wish I didn’t still feel sad when i’m alone

I feel incomplete when i’m alone . When i can’t call a friend orland around the people i love, I feel so empty. I then feel sad and it’s like that little girl inside is scared. I don’t want to feel like i’m dependent on others for my happiness but i mean they do bring me joy . This sucks i’m tired of being bombarded with all the sad thoughts and feelings i have once i’m by myself

I know the feeling! I feel so alone after my breakup ☹️ I’ve pushed many friends away while in that relationship so now i’m left with no one. I’m here if you need a friend ❤️
