Since the COVID-19 started I been having panic attacks and extreme anxiety. Three days ago I had my first interaction out of my house to some friends from Florida. Now I’m so scared that I got the virus, even do in my country is required a COVID Negative... I feel irresponsible and scared for my family.
I just wanted to share my feelings.... sorry

I deal with super high anxiety and frequent panic attacks too and i'm sorry to hear that you're going through it. It really sucks. I catastrophize like it's my favorite thing to do and can imagine where your mind is taking you. Just try to remember that you will get through it and you will be ok.
I try thinking positive every time... I get myself in the mirror and tell my self that I’m fine, my family need me to be ok & that anxiety is a bully... but you know, it takes a few hour to fully be “ok”.
Ever try quick meditations? I don't consistently meditate but if i'm in trouble or just over the anxiety and want to end it for a bit; i'll do one of the Sharecare Windows 9 or 15 minute meditations on Hulu. I always feel better after one of those and if I can happen to doze off and get that mental "reset" that sleep gives me; i'm even better. Hang in there!
My bad. It’s actually amazon prime and they are 9 and 15 minute guided meditations. They have a stand-alone app too but it’s kind of expensive and I’m my opinion not worth it now that it’s on amazon.
I have anxiety too and it has gone worse since the whole Coronavirus has happened too, But I do sometimes feel depressed too, All you can do is stay alert but don't get anxious meaning be aware on whats going on but don't get worried and scared about it, if it too much for you I wouldn't watch the news or go on anything that would say anything about the coronavirus. I do also get paranoid when I go out because I always think I am going to get sick but If I do the right steps to not get sick then I will be okay. If you think you have the coronavirus what I recommend you do is stay in your room and make sure you don't have the symptoms and all that and when you feel like you don't have it then don't worry. If you hung out with only a little bit of people like maybe like 5 peoples then thats okay you shouldn't worry but if you hung out with a group of people then just do the steps to keep yourself safe.
Thank you for your response. No it’s not a group of people and yes I been at home since then. I don’t watch the news... I have closed facebook so I would not read any news so I don’t freak out.
Good thing that it wasn't a large group of people then you would of have to worry about it but don't worry about it, Good thing you closed Facebook or read anything on the news because that is things that can trigger your anxiety or anybody anxiety. Just try your best to keep yourself busy and stay inside and try to not worry about it.
