Does anyone have good advice on how to deal with Anxiety Dizziness? It my first time experiencing it and it's a major concern because it started at work. Now I am more concerned than ever of losing my job because I can't focus. Also, if this occurs on a regular basis is my health in major danger?

Yes!
I thought the dramamine/vertigo roll on (essentially aroma therapy)
I have a therapist I am doing my best with CBT and Exposure Techniques. The issue is my intrusive thoughts and one I just can't shake. It is causing me suffering.
Great points. Plus I don't know if you have advice I know what my trigger is at work and this is odd. I have Schizotypal, a belief in odds things which leads to anxiety. At work we have a radio that plays Golden Oldies. I think something bad will happen to me in between songs. So this is ridiculous thought I created from hearing one song where a singer's screaming scared me. So I have made this thought a big deal.
Plus I was thinking about sending out a general post about Regretting moving to California. I feel like moving here has ruined my life and it has caused me to have Schizotypal and General Anxiety Disorder. I should have left back in 2015. I tried hard to make this a good experience. I loved the idea of moving somewhere to start a fresh life but it has been a huge mistake.
You know it's interesting my anxiety disorder has over shadowed COVID. I think its hurting me more than the virus. I am concerned about the virus situation. But it did not cause my disorder.
