I keep having panic attacks i keep crying. My partner doesnt answer the phone or text messages cause they are mad at me for not answering the phone all last night and this morning and i wish they were there for me more. Im living my life hurting. Every day i wish something were to happen to me just so it all could stop. I know i shouldnt think like that. But I believe if something were to happen to me my partner wouldn't care. There life would go on. I have panic attacks alot now more often then before. My therapist said its going to take time for me to let go and thats because of all the trama in the relationship.

I'm sorry sweety. We are here for you. If it's any consolation I'm going through similar. A misunderstanding my friend calls it and I call it pushing me away and we were supposed to meet up today and I felt blown off like this person was Sabatoging our get together and we just keep putting irons on the fire instead of talking it out. We've been friends since maybe January and this person I think avoided me and broke some promises and I think this person became friends with someone else. This isn't the first time this happened..last time this person became very close friends with someone else.
I'm very upset and there isn't any more I can do.
I'm sorry give your partner a few days to miss you and don't call them they need their space and see what happens. You keep in touch with us here and you and I will both cry in our pillows. 🦋.

When is your next appointment with your Therapist? If it's not within 1;week please call her and make an emergency appt or talk with her via phone. Therapist's usually have someone triaging phone calls. They will put you through to her should you need to talk tonight and can't reach us. That's if you feel unsafe. Please use self care tonight. Self care is all about you. You are special.
