Severe anxiety n social anxiety,panic attacks

Anyone deal w severe panic attacks &social anxiety,I'm on meds for bipolar depression and was on meds to quell my severe anxiety but changed Dr's and they won't prescribe my anxiety meds,they helped me so much more then out control anxiety now I feel as if something bad is gonna happen feelings and it's horrible way to feel. Like to hear from any of you that suffer w these feelings and panic attacks,I get them very bad,thank you..pita...

Yes,it's definitely a hardroad,and makes for life to much too difficult..hope you find something that helps,do you see a dr? Or therapist?

Yes I do all the time and it’s so hard. I can barely go out because of my anxiety

Me to no social life,it's rough,just found out there canceling my therapy sessions that helped some,always something to make matters worse...

Hi my daughter has anxiety and social anxiety I was interested in what meds actually worked for you ?Seems to me there is always a catch / side effect

Klonopin, works winder but Dr's took me off,so back to square 1....

Klonapin is one of those addictive medications. I was started on it 20 years ago for anxiety and did not even realize it was addictive until about 2 years ago. So now I’m trying to taper off it slowly. It does work but at what costs to the body and the mind. It’s meant for short term use. I was never warned about this when it was prescribed.
