I know what that's like. Hoping that you find some relief. Glad you have this forum to connect to others.
"Mama said there'd be days like this..." I have them too. Try not to judge these kinds of days since there is no longer any normal. I have learned that body aches can develop from anxiety when we hold our muscles tense all the time and tend to breath shallow throughout the day. Try to take it easy. I post up lifting quotes around my house on sticky notes. I hope you find some comfort here
