I just wanted to remind some of you to not forget about your hygiene. It helps you to feel better. I used to go weeks and weeks, and now I've only missed 3 or 4 days this entire year although some days it's very hard. It will help you to start to love yourself again, because this is what all the happy people, and people who love theirselves do. Even though you may not right now. Start small. Make your bed, this stuff helps!
