I told my ex that im moving i have some of his stuff in my apartment that ive asked if he wanted it he needs to come and get it Tomorrow I wanted everything out so i can clean up the apartment, the carpets the walls everything. My question is how many times would you keep asking if hes going to get his stuff? i asked him his morning and he said after work. but hes not very reliable on keeping his word and will do anything in his power to try and control the situation so i wont move out on time. My relationship has been filled with nothing but anxiety and depression and I cant handle having his stuff around anymore it feels like he is just using it to hold on to me.

That's no fun, I'm sorry. I would send one more "courtesy " message. I'm putting your stuff outside if you want to come get it. Then put it on the curb. Not your burden. Just my opinion.

I say i’d send one more message saying like “well i am moving out and if you can’t come get your things they will be thrown out” something like that i guess? Remember he isn’t in control of you moving out!
