What kind of doctor for this? Tmj specialists are expensive and my dentist just gave me a mouthguard. Chiropractor maybe? Im in alot of discomfort and pain everyday. Head pain, jaw and neck.

Hope you find relief. You sound a lot like myself. I haven’t tried chiro yet, but that’s my next step. Or have Neuro send me to another Neuro specialist or head specialist and maybe lumbar puncture. Something has to give.
I had that for years.....I know with me it’s stress and bottled up feelings I can’t express! I’d try the less invasive approach. I ended up with bilateral surgery which has made a world of difference. That was an orthodontist surgeon back when I had great insurance!
You basically need a mouth guard. There are kits where you make it mold to your teeth. You can get one at a drug store. If you can wear that at night you will notice a difference. You are grinding your teeth at night and this causes TMJ pain. Sometimes we unconsciously grind teeth during the day. I was told to think about relaxing your jaw when this happens
