Hi Cantress, I am on the same boat - depression and anxiety. Today is a good day but some days can be so bad. I know you’re looking for a support group, it let me know if you wanna connect in this process of getting better I’m currently practicing meditation and in therapies.

I don’t know if I am in a position to give advice, as I am also trying to navigate this... but I find comfort in that there are others who are going through difficulties and I think it’s inspiring to hear how some overcome them. I just wanted to start connecting here in hopes of feeling supported, and to support others. I meditate twice a day, I listen to mindfulness podcast for inspiration, exercise eat well, and have therapy sessions. Still struggle a lot of days and I remind myself I need to be patient with this process. I would love to hear your stories as well.

I am not a religious person but I am spiritual. I have find Joel Osteen Pod Casts uplifting. I have had a lot of doubts in my belief in God. These Pod Casts have helped.
