Struggling.

Hello everyone on here. Been struggling a bit lately, my depression and OCD has taken a turn in the negative way. I post on here from time to time, and I haven’t been posting a lot lately but I feel that posting does help with feeling better. I was doing ok till about a week and a half ago. My depression was still present but not as intense as it is now. I did miss about 2 weeks worth of Trintillex which is an add on to my sertraline for depression. I usually get the Trintillex as samples for free from my APN, since they’re so expensive. But anyways I did start back on them last Monday, so it’s been a week that I’ve been back on. SAMSON

Am glad you’re back on the medication. These ups and downs with depression are really difficult. I’m currently in a down phase myself and understand

Yeah, I’ve been disabled with depression for over 2 years. I have my ups and downs, it’s a rollercoaster ride. And with everything that’s going on it hasn’t been easy. SAMSON

Hope you feel better. Maybe when the meds kick back in the mood will go up it's good to write and reach out. At least that's what I feel. I'm sad right now so I'm just writing stuff so hoping no offense taken
