Drivers test tomorrow, anxious - Anxiety and Depre...
Drivers test tomorrow, anxious
I found online hypnosis helped for driving test very calming x
I remember this albeit long, long (long long) time ago.
I learned this in graduate school re any test taking.
**Close the test booklet the night before. Reading it the day of your test will cause more anxiety and you'll start questioning your answers and don't open it the day of. Just review in your mind what you need to do when you get in the car..seatbelts, mirrors, blinkers, listen to the instructor. People lose points over the most minute, smallest details.
**Test yourself 2 hours the night before..you give yourself until 10 PM.
** Do a calming activity after that and don't reopen the book. That's why I say study that night because it'll be fresh in your mind the day of..
** After you get into the car for your road test do the most important first..seatbelts , adjustment of all mirrors, turn radio off and use your blinkers as the instructor gives you your instructions to pull away from the curb. Don't do anything until the instructor says....listen to every word he or she says
**YOU GOT THIS** don't focus on being nervous because I believe in you and you'll knock it out of the park.
All My Best, Kevin! 🙌💪⚓🌻🙏💚😊🌞⭐⚓

I recently had my test, I made myself a plan that I’d get all my nerves out on the first one and fail so that by the second one I’ll be a lot more calm. I ended up passing my first one.
