I was pregnant at the age of 15. I was doing my grade 10 ( 2016 ). I lost the baby when I was 16 years doing my grade 11. Ever since I lost my baby girl I can't be myself. I always cry and it hurts me each time I go to work. I'm having a problem with closing my eyes as I can't fall asleep.

How can I deal with pain ?
Hi. I’m Andy🏴
I’m so sorry to read your story. And the pain that you are feeling.
My Wife suffered 2 losses before we met. She does have 2 very healthy children that are now adults.
For her, the grieving process was long and hard. What would have helped was sharing her experience with others who had lost as well. Allowing yourself to grieve and go through the painful process is important. But if you feel that it still has completely taken over your everyday life, then maybe it’s time to seek further help.
Have you considered grief counselling?
My Wife has never forgotten her children that she lost. But now at her point in life she can look back and treasure the memory of them.
Please talk. And keep talking.
Here if you need a shoulder.
Take good care of yourself.

Hello,
I am sorry for the awful tragedy you have gone through losing your baby. Life is full of aches and pains. Do you know that crying tears are a process of healing? You have had quite a devastating loss! Do not think this is going to go away quickly. You have lost a piece of yourself, it will take time to heal. This will give you strength and compassion to help others go through their turmoil. You will never forget your baby girl and that is a good thing. Make sure to surround yourself with encouraging and supportive family and friends, full of wisdom and peace, love and joy. I am praying for you!
