Hey everyone,
I am extremely new to this space, but have been going to therapy for a while now and recently had an issue with the company my therapist is currently with and decided to cut ties today.
I am just wondering while I am looking for a therapist what kind of things you would suggest to help me deal with my emotions and regulate my anxiety in the meantime.
So far, what I do to manage things is practice meditation, do my best to write in a gratitude journal, try to get myself out of the house when I need it, exercise, and work on creative pursuits to soothe me such as model building and art.
If there is anything else that people are doing that helps them keep afloat and regulate I would love to hear it!
