Has anyone worked with an online therapist? Any suggestions?

Hello, yes I do on line therapy, I have a lovely therapist who I had met person to person, then the virus shut that down. So now we do talk therapy and we just chat away on the phone like she is a close friend. I suffer with clinical depression and anxiety, she has been a great help for me. Can you get any referrals from your friends? Go thru your phone book, there should be listings there in the yellow pages. I was referred by a Medical Center I went to seeking help. Look for someone who specializes in your illness, ask for an informal interview, it if clicks you have found one, if not move on to another. Can your Dr. recommend one, my Dr. knows I am happy with the lady I have, I gave her some of the therapists bus. cards, on occasion she will refer a patient to the therapist.
