How can it be so beautiful out - warm, sunny and lots of birds chirping and I feel so sad inside? Going on new med today (now on 4 drugs) would love to get a glimpse of happy.

I feel the same. In a really bad place. It seems impossible at times but hoping we both get glimpses of happy today. Let’s really look for it, create it, just be with the flow of life. Best to you on your new med, LoveBear.
