Hi there, I hear you; how are you doing right now? What are you feeling right now? What are you thinking about? Did you stop crying? -- if so, how did that happen? Were you able to talk with someone? Sometimes journaling can also help, as well as exercise, and deep breathing. We are thinking about you. I hope you are feeling better, and/or that you've stopped crying (though, do know it is okay to cry-- I do it almost daily). Take good care.
