Having separation anxiety in a relationship

I had a pretty bad fight with my S.O. a couple days ago. He was really hostile toward me and told me not to bother him, but how does one do that with severe separation anxiety? I want to be able to give him space for the next few days to cool off and focus on his work but it is really difficult for me to not jump to conclusions in my head and make myself even more anxious.

I’m the same way!!!! try and distract yourself with doing things you love. that usually helps me?
