my therapist recommended an in person support group, and after being on here i'm pretty fond of the idea, but now with covid that's pretty unlikely.

relevant info: child of a former alcoholic/full time helicopter mom whose childhood trauma has shaped her world outlook and my life, heavily enmeshed relationship. looking to establish a healthy relationship with myself, maintain reasonable emotional boundaries, and develop and internal compass so that i can lead a full and inspired life that i choose and am responsible for.
