I have been using an app called Soulvana, it’s free and lots of immersions, meditations etc, most of the recordings are free, there’s some really good therapist, shamans, healers on there, and most sessions are fairly short.

Completely free, you can upgrade but I have never needed to, I use the free ones, ❤️ Think you will love it x
