(Yay, it's Thursday, which means we made it halfway through the week!)
I'd keep:
1) the Health app that tracks my food, exercise, and sleep
2) the Internet app so I can keep up with the news, weather, and everything else
3) the YouTube app so I can watch short clips during my mental breaks throughout the day
