I feel like I’m going insane. I’m Afraid I’ve been scarred from my past & I don’t know how to deal with it. I fear I’ll lose my boyfriend because of it.

Hi Dogmom12!

Sorry to hear you're struggling! What is it that is scaring you the most from your past?

It’s sometimes the scariest feelings and thoughts we have to face head on before we can move forward. Have you ever sought out therapy? It’s really beneficial and helpful in helping you work through past traumas and process everything in a healthy manner.

But also have you spoken to your boyfriend about your fears? The strongest and healthiest relationships are built on honesty and trust . I’m sure if he knew you were struggling he would want to help😘

Not what you're looking for?
