Figuring out life

Hi everyone I’m new to these online groups . I’ve been out of residential treatment since December and I’m still struggling with my depression and anxiety I’ve been on and off meds since I’ve been home , trouble sleeping trouble concentration on top of my fiancé who is a recovering addict go back to his old ways and worried that I’m going to find him dead . And I don’t know what to do
