Potential Thyroid issues/kidney issues/low Testosterone

Can anyone help me read my results. I have had severe anxiety/agitation/brain fog/fear/shakiness/depression. My results were as follows. Any ideas?:

TSH- .83 (.27-4.2)

Free Thyroxine Free T4- 1.23 (.93-1.70)

Thyroxine (T4)- 5.9 (4.5-10.9)

Total T3- 0.9 (0.8-2.0)

Thyroid Peroxidase AB- <15

Thyroglobulin w/reflex- 28.3 (1.3-31.8)

Triodothyronine Free- 3.0 (2.5-4.3)

Creatine- .94 (.51-.95)

Andrendocorticotropic Horm- 38.6 (7.2-63.3)

Any ideas of what could be going on? I feel out of it.

She said the levels were on the fir my thyroid lower end but was hesitant to use synthetic hormones because she said alot of times it will make other things out of whack. But she did not suggest anything else. It was my primary care doctor. Wasn’t even worried about the Testosterone

Well I would go with the doctor, if there was a concern, they would tell you.

I know sometimes it's hard to trust in the doctor, but its really your best bet
