Great work to reconnect with a therapist. Telehealth is certainly popular at this time. If you have done the work in therapy before, I am confident you can do it again. All the best from Australia 💜
Love and hugs to you too. I think it is great what you are doing. This way you can get rid of any demons that plague you. I think the nervousness will go quickly, keep on doing what you need to do for yourself, life Will improve, I am a big believer in therapy, when I was younger it changed my life, I have continued with therapy on and off, in a spiritual group I was in (moved so left it behind) they taught me to "live in the moment", it made my life wonderful. In therapy I also learnt Not to worry, I do not worry about Anything. Learnt how to deal with my anger, seldom get angry anymore. I am at peace with myself, as I was taught to like, love and respect myself. I get up happy and go to bed happy. I wish the same for you, I found writing in journals helped with my growth. So I send love, peace, courage with big virtual hugs.....Sprinkle 1....
Congratulations on making the effort to get yourself help. I started with my current therapist before all the virus stuff hit. We are now doing video sessions which is better than nothing. I encourage you to keep going with your therapist through this difficult time until things change and you can meet in person. There's something about connecting in person that, at least for me, gets lost over video. Best wishes.
