I was listening to a Podcast where they discussed saying anxiety is not who you are. Saying is just a label. Interesting. I try to use my mindfulness technique if I can by asking myself my 3 questions as I start feeling uncomfortable, my thoughts going in every direction, my mind starts racing, my heart and breathing change. I try to ask 1. What am I feeling? 2. What can I do about it? 3. What’s the worst thing that can happen? ( Or ask myself Is it true? If needed)And play this out in my head to the end and realize sometimes there’s just nothing I can do about it and the dishes will still be there in the morning to wash. Sometimes this works for me
