Nurse & single mom to a beautiful six year old little girl... I have been struggling with clinical depression, anxiety, and PTSD for most of my life. Over the past year I’ve become significantly worse. Recently my psychiatrist determined that I have treatment resistant depression & I will soon be starting my journey with ECT. I’m currently living alone. I spend most of my days alone, with no one to talk to. I don’t have any family support or even family to talk to. Life has become very heavy for me....

My message to you is that you have purpose. That sweet child loves you, and needs you.

I’m sorry to hear your struggle. i’m a single mom as well. i know how hard it is to be overwhelmed with anxiety while trying to be a parent. If you feel alone, we can chat on here. Feel free to communicate.

For me, I just don’t want to face each day right now because it just feels like I’m only living in constant panic. i do try to be present/meditate.
