Hello everybody,
Every since this outbreak has been going on, I've been having a panic attack and anxiety. I am so afraid of this virus it makes me feel like I have the symptoms. This is how bad my anxiety has gone. Please give me tips on how to calm my mind from this... I have not been working, so it does not make it better. School has been extra stressful. Nothing seems to help me cope with what is going on. Thanks in advance.
