Every since this outbreak has been going on, I've been having a panic attack and anxiety. I am so afraid of this virus it makes me feel like I have the symptoms. This is how bad my anxiety has gone. Please give me tips on how to calm my mind from this... I have not been working, so it does not make it better. School has been extra stressful. Nothing seems to help me cope with what is going on. Thanks in advance.

I've been having a hard time with this too. I've actually been taking benadryl and saline nasal spray because my allergy symptoms have been freaking me out too. But right now I'm just resting on my couch drinking coffee to get my mind off of everything.
Thank you. I really needed to hear this. I've been staying at home. I went out Sunday for groceries and just been counted down the 14 days. I just wish it was over already. I am feeling more anxious about being in this house. It's like I am stuck in a bubble and can't get out.
I think at this point is important not to put a specific time frame on anything...
Another good reason to stay away from TV, there are so much political, economic, and medic circus BS going on,
Most places are doing better than projected, but it's going to take time, and it's better to take the time to do things properly now, than have even worse problems later.
