I'm sleep deprived, less than 4 hours the past 2 nights. No naps today but went on a short walk to wake up.
These horses reside a street over (behind me), I'm lucky that I can absorb a scenery like this on my runs/walks. This offsets the craziness in the world for me.
Lack of sleep feeds my anxiety, I've been less than productive. A walk was nice, will need cold water in my face soon too. 😢😢
