Hey dolphin80 I'm having a hard time tonight too. I wish I had some some magic words of wisdom for you, because i know how horrible deppresion is. But I can tell you you're not alone, I for one understand as do so many. I hope tomorrow you can find something that makes you feel happy. Has anything happened recently to bring you down 🤗

❤️ sorry you are having a rough time. Can you get yourself doing something that may uplift you? I feel so unmotivated but I am going to push to do some yoga... the feeling of the stretches and the accomplishment lifts me sometimes. What are some things you could distract yourself with?
