Long day ahead

For those of you that read my post earlier about my anxiety attack during the night well work this one out, I’m a happy man, happily married for 35years, blessed with a great family, a great job and well paid, no money problems, I could go on and on so why do I get this night terror/anxiety/panic attack that stops me from sleeping, and why can I go months without any problems? Well I’m gonna have to get myself to doctors, wish me luck xx

My anxiety (and depression) has very little to do with my circumstances. Mine is mostly a chemical imbalance. I do go for counseling with a therapist, but I see a psychiatrist for my meds.

Everyone is different. And you'll get a variety of experience on this site. Take what you need and leave the rest.
