Hi everyone.

So I feel another panic attack coming.

The uncontrollable trembling is starting.

Not as bad as before….. yet.

I’ll be here to chat if anyone is gonna be up

I can’t actually force the shaking to Stop

But I think it’s better I let it go. To release all the tension

I find meditation and a concentration on my breathing was the best thing to help me manage my anxiety. It took some work and getting used to but worth the hard work. Letting it all out though always used to work for me. I've also recently started using sleep stories. I find they mean I sleep through now which I haven't done for such a long time.

Hi Eeyorecasb,

I do meditation here and there. But I know I should fully commit to it.

It’s just hard for me when my whole body is shaking. It’s a little hard to focus.

I’m actually somewhat sleepy but I felt that I need to get then anxiety and shaking out of my body to release the stress.

I appreciate you replying.

My sleep stories distract my mind from anything else that is going on and prepare it for sleep. Gives my mind something else to focus on.

I get severe panic attacks. Many times I just repeat to myself "I'm safe" over and over and tell myself it'll pass even though it feels like it never will. As far as breathing exercises, I was taught by a counselor to take a deep breath in and picture colors that make you relaxed and happy and then a big exhale while picturing colors that make you stressed, angry, dad, etc. I liked that suggestion and still use it. It helps me but I do have to ride panic attacks out sometimes.

You're welcome. I'm taking my own suggestions right now. In the middle of a panic attack and Noone around to talk to

Hi Caseopia,

Also you can try to remind yourself that it will pass. And it’s only temporary.

And if you take any medication you should take some to help subside it.

I sleep them off sometimes it helps a lot

Thank you for replying. I just took my medication and drinking water. Going to get myself to take the puppy on a walk for his first time in snow. It'll be good for both of us.
