This morning, all of the sudden, my mood changed. I felt angry but I didn’t know why. I couldn’t explain it. After the anger went away then I felt very depressed. I felt like that the rest of the day and night. My heart is beating fast, my hands are shaky. I feel lost.

I feel like that a lot. Just know it's not your fault. Try listening to calming music or a song you enjoy next time (or if) it happens. Music can really depict how your feeling . Sometimes when I feel like I can't breathe, I turn on a song with a steady beat and breath with every few beats. It seems to help because music is some this I enjoy. I don't know if you enjoy it but it could be something you could try.

I understand that if we suffer with depression we can have bouts of anger, generally because we stuff our anger. Does this sound like you? If so find a healthy way to let the anger out, punch a pillow, shout and cuss at a loud volume. I used to stuff my anger and therefore get depressed, my therapist taught me to get it out. As suggested play some good soothing music, or loud rock and dance. I used to put some sturdy boots on and crush aluminum cans!!! I do not get angry very often now, and I let it out when I do, then carry on with my life.....Hope this is of help. Sending love, peace, hugs....Sprinkle 1.....
