get a CBC with Diff and Urinalysis. Check your levels . For example if your iron is out of range your going to feel tired, sad, weak.
Instead of letting my doctors continuously medicate me . I know that there are essential Minerals, that the body must have to keep you going at your peak performance.
I was feeling horrible, down, tired and weak couldn’t get out of bed before two. Slept horribly at night. I got a copy of my labs .. low and behold, I was slightly anemic, kidneys were not perform properly, etc. etc. I checked every thing that was low, what mineral or lack of was responsible , I’m on my way back thank GOD🙏🏼. I do protein drinks in each one I put bananas, frozen broccoli, yogurt , frozen kale, cucumbers, a scoop of protein powder and orange juice. A little grenadine 🙄.
I’m getting stronger it’s working...some days it’s hard to get up to my new found routine , but I push myself because I want to get up and live... life.....
