How do you get over work burn out?
Hmm good question i think you should do hobbies that you like or something that your passionate about 🙏
Might not be an option for you, but I left. I had 27 years in. I was fried. My mental health was at stake. I work a different job now, less stress.

not an option. My therapist told me to follow my passion. At my age, I have no energy to stand in a bakery and work 14 hour days.
Like Dolphin I took a different job but in my case it was in the same organization. I’ve come to like the new position though it took awhile. Any different opportunities for you right where you are?
I think it's a good question, especially as we get older. One thing I suggest is maybe trying to look at your work with a fresh set of eyes or different perspective. Ask yourself, if you were just coming in to your job now what would you be interested in, motivated by without the baggage. As trite as it sounds, i've found that attitude or a different perspective is really a lot of it. Best to you.
One other comment is that for me, I was the kind of person that really identified with and focused on my career single mindedly. When i stopped thinking in black and white terms and gave myself permission to do and focus on more than one thing, explore options and try them, it helped.
